Honing

We have three vertical and two horizontal honing machines on which inside diameter fits in H8 (in exceptional cases also H7) can be honed. The surface quality is Ra 0.2 - 0.4µm as standard.

By agreement we also guarantee higher roughness values measured by all desired methods (Ra, Rt, Rmax., Rz and others).

In principle inside diameters of 22.5 mm to a maximum of 670 mm can be honed. Larger diameters are also possible with our cooperation partners.

Workpieces with dimensions exceeding the dimensions
shown can always be produced as a special order
with partners.
